The systems question
Data silos don't exist because the software can't talk. They exist because departments or factions won't accommodate, negotiate, or change behaviour for the wider business.
That's a change-management problem, not a systems or integration problem. Fix the behaviour first. Then the tools follow. The same goes for AI. We write the rules down before we build anything, so the tool follows your judgement instead of guessing.
In-house: light and fast
Our own team builds the light-touch work: dashboards, integrations and AI tools. We build it with someone on your team, so you own it and can run it without us. If you'd rather not, we look after it for you.
If the problem is behaviour and process, not architecture, this is usually all you need.
Partnerships: when you need to rebuild
When a system genuinely needs a bigger custom rebuild, we bring in an engineering partner network. You get the depth of a dedicated build team without having to find and manage that relationship yourself.

When goods cross borders, someone has to be the legal importer. We take that on. We handle the declarations, the duties and the compliance so your goods clear customs and arrive where they need to be.
